i found the staff very polite and helpful. the location is excellent.. i could easily walk to many important sights. they also safely received a package for me prior to my arrival..
the noise from outside was a slight inconvenience. heavy machinery operated at times.

the location was great and close to a metro station. i appreciated the free snacks and coffee available all day. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious enough.
The shower pressure was low, maybe because of limescale on the shower head. i found some staff members to be unfriendly during check-in. It was not pretty.

The location proved convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away. i found the breakfast superb. It included items like croissants. free coffee was a pleasant surprise. i appreciated the basic food provided in the evening free of charge..
The shower in my room struggled to maintain a constant temperature, a bit inconvenient. the shower floor felt somewhat cheap. I could feel the plastic popping up and down under my feet. i wish the water temperature control in the shower was better overall.

The hotel featured a soccer board in the lobby, providing entertainment. i noted plenty of water, teas, and coffee available in my room. room service was available, too. That was a bonus.

Staff resolved issues easily. I found them very friendly. they allowed a really early check-in, a service i appreciated. i observed the staff using a translator app to assist with communication.
